OUR PURPOSE

Achieve your goals in all ten fitness training pathways. Anyone who wants to exercise can do CrossFit, whatever their fitness level or ability. CrossFit takes into account everyone’s abilities when choosing the pace and exercises.

OUR PRINCIPLE

An individual approach for each participant. As the training sessions take place in smaller groups (10-12 people) under the guidance of a trainer, the trainer can monitor and improve the technique of the exercises and give recommendations. This reduces the risk of injury and increases the benefits of exercise.

OUR VESSELS

We offer the most effective exercises from different sports. We do not set boundaries between different sports or limit ourselves to one specific sport, but develop smoothly and consistently in all training directions.
